Personal Training
You don't have to be a seasoned athlete or bodybuilder to enjoy the benefits of Certified Personal Training. One-on-One training benefits both the person who has never worked out as well as professional athletes. Having a personal trainer can save you a lot of time, frustration and pain in your journey to achieve your health and fitness goals. Working one-on-one with our staff of certified, professional personal trainers will provide you with a highly efficient, well structured and more productive workout. Just give us a call to schedule an appointment with any trainer. In the event you need to cancel a training session, please do so no later than the close of business the day before your appointment. You will be charged for your session in the event of a same day cancellation.
Fitness Evaluation
A general health assessment and fitness evaluation, as well as, Body Composition Analysis through the use of Bioelectric Impedance is offered to all of our members. A fitness evaluation determines the level of the five health-related fitness components which are body composition, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance, and aerobic capacity. Fitness improvement and maintenance is a key to longevity and quality of life. It is critical to understand your level of fitness before starting an exercise program.
Advanced Sports Performance Training
Page Fitness Athletic Club has redefined the principals of "Sports-specific" Training. We utilize unparalleled training methods developed for professional power-lifters, Olympic and pro-athletes alike.We studied under elite professional athletes and trainers to perfect training methods developed and used by many of the worlds' top record holders. We are proud to be affiliated with this state-of-the-art training model. The results our athletes have attained speak for themselves. No other training methods used today can offer the results like those we apply.
Our training methods coupled with proper considerations of muscle physiology and biomechanics can increase: rate coding of the muscle fiber, motor unit synchronization of the Muscular System, neuromuscular coordination, muscular hypertrophy, transfer of power, muscle stabilization, explosive strength, rate of force development and accelerating strength leading to a more complete and competitive athlete.

Nutrition Counseling
Exercise is not always enough! Our Registered Dietetics Professional offers nutritional counseling services for weight loss, cholesterol reduction, diabetes and heart disease, as well as, many other health related issues. Our staff is available to counsel you on ways to meet your nutritional needs and health goals. We offer education and counseling about healthy eating, preventive nutrition and lifestyle choices. Senior Programs
Lower impact doesn’t mean lower benefits! We offer fitness programs and classes specifically designed for seniors that can meet your needs through reduced impact activities. Our programs will help seniors improve cardiovascular health, flexibility, strength, stamina, balance and coordination. Men and women of all skill levels are encouraged to participate. Stay healthy and fit with us while making some new friends.
The Alpine Edge
The Alpine Edge is the ultimate ski performance workout which utilizes the same training principals as the Advanced Sports Performance program. Developed for competitive and recreational skiers alike, this program was specifically designed to improve edge control, muscular endurance of the quadriceps and hamstrings, core stability for balance, and agility for cleaner carves and turns for a safer and more exciting ski experience.
